Refund Policy

1. Failed reports

If your report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our side, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us with your report ID.

2. Digital product delivery

Once your report has been successfully generated and delivered, it is considered fully consumed and non-refundable.

3. Consent to immediate execution (EU)

By purchasing, you agree that the service begins immediately after payment and you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once report generation has started.

4. Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

5. Payments

All refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
